- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your package in real-time and stay updated on its estimated delivery.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Make sure to include photos of the damaged item for faster resolution.
Returns & Refunds
- Hassle-Free Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., worn clothing, underwear, or custom items). Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable unless defective.
